At PCHeaven, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, no matter where you are in the UK. We work with trusted couriers including Royal Mail UK and DPD to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.
Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping options, delivery timeframes, costs, and how we handle special deliveries.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to addresses across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, and Wales.
At this time, we do not offer international delivery. If this changes, we will update our policy accordingly.
2. Delivery Options & Timeframes
We offer several delivery methods depending on the item, delivery location, and total order value. Delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

3. Free Delivery
We offer Free Standard Delivery on a range of eligible products. These items are clearly marked as “Free Delivery” on the product page. No minimum order value is required for free shipping if the item qualifies.
4. Same Day Delivery (Selected Products)
Same Day Delivery is available on select products and within certain areas, depending on stock availability and your location.
To qualify:
Your order must be placed before 12:00 PM on a working day
The delivery address must fall within our eligible postcode range
Same Day Delivery will only appear as an option at checkout if it is available for your items and postcode
Charges for Same Day Delivery vary and will be calculated at checkout.
5. Delivery Charges & Weight
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
Total order weight
Delivery method selected
Delivery address
You will be shown the available delivery options and total cost before completing your order.
6. Handling and Dispatch Times
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that:
Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be processed the next working day
Pre-orders and backordered items may take longer and will be clearly indicated on the product page.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel directly on the courier’s website (Royal Mail or DPD).
If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of your order being marked as dispatched, please contact us.
8. Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If no one is available at your address when delivery is attempted:
The courier may leave a calling card or attempt redelivery
You may be asked to collect the parcel from a local depot or arrange a new delivery date
Please allow up to 7 working days for standard delivery before reporting a delay. For express or same-day deliveries, contact us as soon as possible if your item does not arrive on time.
9. Delivery Issues or Damaged Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered with, or missing items:
Notify us within 48 hours of receipt
Provide clear photos of the package and its contents
We will investigate with the courier and issue a replacement or refund where appropriate
We aim to resolve all delivery-related queries within 1 business day.
