Orders

When you place an order with PCHEAVEN LTD, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. At this stage, your order status will be marked as Processed.

To track your order, simply log in to your account here: My Account.
Once your order has been dispatched, its status will be updated to Complete, and you will receive tracking information from the selected courier.

If an item is out of stock, delayed, or priced incorrectly, we will notify you promptly and reserve the right to cancel the order.

Please note that images of PC systems are for illustrative purposes only—actual products may differ slightly from those shown.

Payments

If you pay using a Credit or Debit Card, the transaction will appear as Klarna on your bank statement. An authorization is placed at the time of purchase, and funds are collected once your order is processed.

Build Times

Our PC build times operate Monday to Friday and are clearly displayed on product listings. To ensure timely service for all customers, we kindly ask that you allow the full build time before requesting updates.

Please note: Build time is separate from the delivery time. For instance, selecting a 1–2 working day delivery method does not shorten the standard build time.

Order Changes

Once an order is placed, we cannot amend the delivery address due to verification protocols set by our payment providers.

Pricing

  • All prices listed include VAT (where applicable).

  • We offer free delivery to mainland UK (excluding Scottish Isles). Additional shipping options are calculated during checkout.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time. However, any changes will not affect orders already placed.

  • For finance orders, the delivery address must match the address used on your finance application.

Promotions

Promotional offers—such as game codes, vouchers, free items, or cashback—are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
While we aim to honor all active promotions, PCHEAVEN LTD cannot be held responsible if an offer expires, is discontinued, or becomes unavailable.
All promotions have no cash value.
